Ingredients For The Chicken Salad:
1.) Wash and dry potatoes, carrots and cucumbers. Also cook your potatoes, carrots and eggs.
2.) Peel and dice eggs, carrots and potatoes. Also add your diced ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl, also make sure to add your healthy shredded mozzarella cheese.3.) Dice your pickles and fresh cucumbers, next add them to your bowl. Also cut your chicken breasts into thin small pieces.
4.) Add mayonnaise and chicken breasts into your salad bowl and mix well. Place into a serving dish and decorate. Lastly server to your happy guests!
Note: You can also add salt and pepper if you would like to!
