Elephant Ear

March 20, 2016 by svetasrecipes Leave a Comment

Crusants

This recipe is a lot like the Costco one, though in my opinion I think it tastes better when its home made. Combining different types of ingredients to make a solid taste!

Ingredients For The Recipe:

Directions For The Recipe:

1

1.) Cut your dough sheet in half, sprinkle your sugar on top, speed it and roll them up just like a scroll. Now fold it over and using your hand press it down to make one roulette. Cut your roulette into 15 Pieces.

2.) Also in a small bowl mix your honey with your water.

3.) Now squeeze the bottom with your fingers to make a small heart. Now coat each ear in honey using a brush. Bake for 10 Minutes on 450 Degrees F.  Now take them out and coat them in honey again. Place them back in oven and bake for another 5 minutes. Take them off the pan while there hot so they don’t break. Now place on a serving dish and enjoy.
