To cook Crispy Cabbage Roulettes With Cheese, you’ll need 2 eggs, 4 cabbage leaves, 4 slices of cheese, 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 1 cup of olive oil for frying, and your favorite seasoning or none at all, whichever you prefer.

1.) In one bowl add bread crumbs and seasoning. In another one add 2 eggs and mix. Boil your cabbage leaves for 5 minutes on a high heat. Then place down your cabbage leaves and put cheese on top of them. After that, roll your cabbage leaves into a roulette.

 

 

2.) Next, dip your roulette in the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs.

 

 

3.) Fry the Cabbage Roulettes With Cheese in a hot oiled skillet for 3 minutes on each side.
