Vegetable Salad (With Cucumbers, Radishes, and Lettuce)

We love Vegetable Salads because we know they are healthy and our body loves them. However, we strongly believe that the quality of food shouldn’t compromise the taste of it. This Vegetable Salad is both delicious AND healthy! That’s why it is a regular on our dinner table, and the best part is it’s super simple to make.

 

Ingredients:

 

To make your vegetable salad you’ll need, 1 pound of cabbage, 7 radishes, 3 cucumbers, 2 dills, 2 scallions, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 2 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 garlic clove, and as much salt and pepper as you like.

 

Directions:

 

 

1.) Wash, dry, and cut all the vegetables, Then add your seasoning on top of them.

 

 

2.) In a small bowl add water, mustard and crushed garlic.

 

 

3.) Mix the contents together and add olive oil. Put the contents of your salad with the seasoning on it into a bowl. Then pour the small bowls mixture into the salad bowl and mix again.
