1.) Starting off the recipe, spread butter on a glass baking dish.
2.) Wash, dry, peel and cut your Calabaza and then place them into your glass baking dish. Place your Calabaza in the oven on 350ºF for 20 minutes.
3.) After 20 minutes of baking, take out your calabaza and use your remaining butter to cover each piece of calabaza. Place back in the oven and bake for 40 more minutes, or until the calabaza is soft. Last but not least cover your calabaza with honey then place on a serving dish and enjoy.
