This recipe is very tasty and interesting. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys sea food. It includes white fish which makes it very soft and gentle. The fish katleti also are very chewy.

  • 1½ Pounds of White Fish
  • 1 Cup of heavy cream
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup of Flour
  • 1½ Cup of cooking oil (Olive oil)
  • Couple of pieces of fresh parsley
  1. Washy and cut your white fish as shown. Place your fish into a large bowl and add your heavy cream. Next add your eggs and mix well. Let it sit in room temperature for 1 hour. After add flour, Seasoning (salt/pepper) and fresh cut parsley.
  2. Using a spoon place pieces of your mixture into a hot oiled skillet. Fry for 4 minutes on each side. (8 minutes total). After place them on a paper towel to drain.
