Baked Potatoes with Grounded Pork

This recipe is very easy and interesting it is originally based of an omelet though over the years I have tweaked and edited to make it better and more tasty.

  • 5 Potatoes
  • 12oz of Mushrooms
  • 1½ Cups of Ground Pork
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp of Lemon pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of Salt
  • 1½ tsp of Vegeta Seasoning
  • ½ Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ Cup of Olive Oil for Frying
  1. Start by washing, drying, peeling and cutting your potatoes mushrooms and onions. In hot oiled skillet fry your potatoes for 5 minutes on medium heat with olive oil. After also fry your mushrooms and onions for another 5 minutes. Drain and place your potatoes in a baking pan. After spread your grounded pork on top.
  2. After add your seasoning and mix well. Put your fried mushrooms and onions onto of your grounded pork. Likewise add cheese and bake closed with tin foil for 1 hour on 400F. Take out of your oven decorate and enjoy your quick meal!
