  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 can of cooked condensed milk
  • 2 cups of sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

  • 1 can of cooked condensed milk
  • 2 sticks of butter (room temperature)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (8 oz)

  1. Separate egg yolk's from egg white's. Start beating your egg whites in a mixer bowl and while it beats, add sugar slowly a little at a time. ( let it beat for 20 min) Now you can add egg yolks and let it beat for additional 5 minutes. In a measuring cup, add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and squeeze lemon juice in until it all bubbles. (approximately 1 teaspoon of lemon juice)
  2. In a medium size bowl, add Dulce de leche, sour cream, and baking soda/lemon mixture and mix it all together. Now you can add the egg's mixture that you made in the mixer and mix it all together again. In a separate bowl, you will combine flour with baking powder and then sift it into the other bowl as shown above and mix well.
  3. The cake mixture that we just made we will divide into two equal amounts. Place foil paper in your heart shaped cake pan and make sure to spray it with baking spray to prevent the cake from sticking. Now you can pour in one of the cake mixtures and bake for 20 minutes at 350 F. After it bakes, you will pour in the other half and bake.
  4. In a medium size bowl we will be making the cream for the cake. Add cream cheese, Dulce de leche, and room temperature butter and mix with a mixer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Now we add cool whip cream into the bowl and mix for additional 3 minutes. After the cake pieces cool down, you will need to divide each horizontally into two equal halves. Instead of 2 pieces, you should now have 4. In a small bowl mix ½ cup of apple juice and ½ cup of boiling water. You will use this liquid mixture to spray each layer of the cake to make it softer. Now you can spread the cream on each layer as shown above, and place each layer on top of each other. Also add cream on top of the cake and the sides. You can decorate the cake however you would like. Enjoy :)
