This cake not only looks fabulous but tastes even better, it's really soft and has a great aroma with the smell of peaches.

  • INGREDIENTS FOR ONE CAKE LAYER:
  • 20 Eggs
  • 20 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 20 Tbsp of Sifted flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • (You're Going To use the ingredients above 3 times to make the 3 different cakes)
  • INGREDIENTS FOR THE BUTTER CREAM:
  • 3 packs of Butter (Room Temperature)
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can of Peaches (106 Ounces)
  • INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING:
  • 1 cartoon of Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces of Cheese Cream
  • 1 can of Condensed Milk
Instructions
  1. Separate your eggs into yolks and whites in two different bowls. Add a pinch salt and beat on a medium speed while gradually adding sugar. Keep beating until you have a meringue.
  2. Continuing beat your egg yolks and add sugar. Beat until the size doubles. Beat your egg whites on a medium speed while add your egg yolks mixture. Next add your baking powder and sifted flour. Mix together with a spatula, after pour it into a cake pan (12x24) with parchment paper. Bake for 35 minutes on 350ºF. Cook 3 of these cake layers. Let your cake layers cool down for 4 hours.
  3. After use use your cake boards as a stencil to cut out 3 layers of each cake. (Large Cake Board 10 Inches, Medium Cake Board 8 Inches, Small Cake Board 6 Inches)
  4. Beat your butter on a medium speed for about 6 minutes, then add condensed milk and beat for another 4 minutes. Using the juice from your caned peaches soak all of your cake layers and Using a spatula spread butter cream on top of all of your 1st cake layers.
  5. Beat your heavy cream with your cheese cream until you have a cream. Then add condensed milk and beat for a few more minutes. Place your peaches on top of your butter cream on each cake and spread your Heavy cream frosting on top of the peaches, do this with the other two layers and all three of the cakes. Cover your top and sides with cream on all three cakes and decorate how ever you would like to. Next stack your cakes from biggest to smallest! Enjoy
