This salad is very nutritious and has a refreshing taste to it, I would definitely recommend it to any meat lovers.

  • 18oz of Pig Liver
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2½ Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 4½ of Olive Oil (For Frying)
  1. To start off the recipe wash dry and peel your onion and carrot also in a frying pan add your liver, seasoning and olive oil. Fry for 10 minutes. On a cutting bird slice your onions and shredded your carrots, In 2 separate skillets add olive oil and fry your onions for 5 minutes and your carrots for 7 minutes.
  2. On a serving dish add all your ingredients and mayonnaise, mix together well and enjoy.
