This Chicken reminds of the Chicken that you get at a Chinese buffet, it taste very juicy and fills you up very quick.

Ingredients
  • 3lb of Chicken Breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp of Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp of Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Tbsp of Vegeta
  • 1 Tbsp of Garlic Salt
  • ½ Tbsp mr.Dash Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp of Bread Crumb seasoning
  • 1½ Cups of Chinese Sauce
  • 2 Cups of Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash, dry and cut your Chicken Breasts. In a large bowl add your mayonnaise, eggs and all seasoning. Mix together well. Continuing add your vegetable oil to a frying pan.
  2. Take each chicken breast and dip it into your mixture, then add it to your hot boiling frying pan. Fry your chicken for 5 minutes on each side. Take out add sauce, place on a serving dish and enjoy.
