Baked Salmon with Spinach

This recipe has a great seafood taste with healthy spinach included. It doesn't take very long to make and will leave you very satisfied.

  • 2 pounds of Salmon
  • 4oz of Spinach
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup of Sour cream
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. Starting off the recipe, wash and dry your salmon. Then take a baking sheet with parchment paper and add your spinach.
  2. After in a small bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasoning. Mix together well.
  3. Continuing add your salmon on top of your spinach and spread your mixture on top of each piece of salmon.
  4. Last but not least sprinkle some cheese on top, Bake for 20 minutes on 400ºF. Take your salmon out of the oven and let it cool, Enjoy!
