Baked Tilapia Fillets is a traditional, juicy, Ukrainian meal that has been passed down from generation to generation. Learn how to make it and I promise it's better than how you see it in your imagination.

  • 3 Fish Fillets
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp of Montreal Steak
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 1½ tsp of Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup House Autry Seafood Breader
  1. ) First, wash and dry the tilapia fillets and put them on a plate, next add your seasoning and mayonnaise to a bowl and mix. Using a spoon coat your tilapia fillets with this mixture. Then cover them with plastic wrap and let them sit for 1 hour. Next, cover your tilapia fillets in your seafood breader.
  2. ) Place your fillets into a baking safe dish that has been pre coated with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes at 400ºF. When the time has expired, you are all done.
