Korshiki RommasshkaThis is a great Ukrainian dessert that i like to make occasionally. If you would like to have an easy food that melts right in your mouth then you came to the right place!

1.)  Place 8 Sticks of butter and 2 cups of flour into a mixing bowl.                       2.) Mix on Low for 3-4 min.                                                                                                                 IMG_2579

3.) Add the poppy seeds and Vodka.                                                                                 4.) Mix for 4 min again.                                                                                                         IMG_25845.) Add the rest of the flour and mix for 8 min on low.                                                                                       6.) Put the Dough into a Wilton decoration bag.                                                                             7.) Use Tip 846 Open Drop Flower.

8.) Put light pressure on the top of the bag until the flower comes out.                 IMG_2589 9.) Bake on 360° F For 25-30m.                                                                                           10.) When your done sprinkle powdered sugar on each one.

Ingredients
  • 8 sticks of butter (2 packs) NOT SALTED
  • ¾ cups of poppy seeds
  • 100 grams of Vodka
  • 5½ cups of flour
  • 1½ cups of powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. ) Place 8 Sticks of butter and 2 cups of flower into a mixing bowl.
  2. ) Mix on Low for 3-4 min.
  3. ) Add the poppy seeds and Vodka.
  4. ) Mix for 4 min again.
  5. ) Add the rest of the flour and mix for 8min on low.
  6. ) Put the Dough into a wilton decoration bag.

      No, In this recipe you do not add any sugar. Though if you would like to you can experiment with different ingredients. If you try it and it works make sure to send me a picture!
