Chicken Gnocchi Soup is perfect for a great family dinner if you don’t want to pay the extra money at olive garden.
Ingredients
You’ll need 10 oz of gnocchi, 2 pieces of chicken breast, 10 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 2 small pieces of celery, a handful of spinach, 1/2 a cup of heavy cream, 1/2 a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/4th of a teaspoon of black pepper, 2 pieces of garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 10 cups of water.
Directions
1.) In a pot add your gnocchi, water and salt. Bring it to a boiling point and cook for 5 minutes on a medium temperature. While your gnocchi is cooking, cut your chicken breasts, onions and carrots. Add your chicken breasts and carrots into a skillet with olive oil and fry for 5 minutes. Next add your onions and fry for another 5 minutes.
2.) Add all of the fried ingredients and Italian seasoning to a pot that has your 10 cups of water in it, and bring it to a boiling point. Cut your celery, spinach and crush your garlic. Then place them into your pot and add heavy cream. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
