Ingredients for the layers of the cake: 6 eggs, 2 cups of sugar, 6 tablespoons of honey, 2 teaspoons of baking soda, 1 stick of butter (room temperature), 2 cups of sifted flour, and 2 tablespoons of CoCoa powder. Ingredients for the cream: 1 carton of heavy cream, 1 can of condensed milk, hand squeezed juice from 1/2 of an orange (with no seeds in the juice), and 1/2 a cup of walnuts. Ingredients for the chocolate: 1/2 a cup of heavy cream and 45 oz of chocolate chips.

1.) In a large bowl beat your eggs and sugar with a wire whisk. In a separate bowl mix your honey and baking soda. Next, add your honey mixture to your eggs mixture and mix them well. Continuing, add your butter and mix again.

2.) Then, add your sifted flour and mix until you have dough. Split your dough into 2 different bowls equally. In one bowl add cocoa powder and add flour to the other one. Place parchment paper onto the inside of your cake form and add 3 tablespoons of your dough and spread it out with a spatula. Bake the cake forms for 5 minutes at 400ºF in your oven. Repeat this process to create 3 chocolate layers and 3 regular layers.

3.) Beat your heavy cream until you have cool whip and then add condensed milk. While beating squeeze some juice out of an orange into the bowl. Using a spatula add cream to each cake layer and crushed walnuts.

4.) Build up all your cake layers to make one cake. Using a double boiler over a stove melt your chocolate chips and heavy cream. Mix slowly until all of the chocolate chips melt. Then, let the melted chocolate chip mixture cool down a little and pour it onto your cake and use a spatula to spread it around evenly. Let the cake cool down in a cold area, cut it and enjoy.
