You’ll need 3 carrots, 1 small head of cabbage, 1 head of crushed garlic, Marinade Ingredients: 1 cup of water, 1/2 of a cup of olive oil, 1/3 of a cup of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt, and 1/4th of a teaspoon of pepper.

1.) First, to make the marinade bring the marinade ingredients to a boil and then let them cool. Then, julienne your carrots.

2) Cut wilted cabbage leaves into pieces.

3.) Place a handful of carrots at one end of each cabbage piece, and roll them up into a roulette shape as shown in the photo above.
