You’ll need 1 package of butter, 6 hard boiled eggs, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 4 cups of sifted flour, 1 cup of plum butter jam, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

1.) Remove the yolks from your eggs and discard or eat the egg whites. Next, crush your egg yolks using a fork.

2.) In a large bowl add your butter, crushed egg yolks, powdered sugar and mix the contents well. Continuing, add your flour and mix it again until you have a dough.

3.) Place your dough on a lightly floured surface and knead it until it’s smooth and elastic.

4.) Roll out your dough and using small cookie cutter forms cut out as much cookies as you can. Take your leftover dough and roll it out again and cut out more cookies until you’re out of dough.

5.) In a small bowl add jam and cornstarch. Mix them together well and add about 1/2 a teaspoon of jam on top of each cookie.

6.) Using your fingers pinch together the sides of each cookie. Repeat this process until all of your cookies are complete.

7.) Place all of your cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake them for 12 minutes at 350ºF.

8.) Pull out your cookies and let them cool on a cooling rack. Then place your cookies on a serving dish.
