You’ll need 2 egg plants, 5 tomatoes, 2 onions, 6 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 pound of ground pork, 1/4th of a cup of olive oil, 1/2 a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

First, in a large mixing bowl add all of your cubed vegetables, seasoning, and ground pork. Then mix them together and put the salad in a baking pan. Cover the top with foil and bake it at 375ºF for 50 minutes. Take off your tin foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it. Next, put it back in the oven with the tinfoil back on the pan, for 10 more minutes.
