Chocolate Cookies taste perfect and melt in your mouth, if you’ve got a sweet tooth this is the dessert for you. We mold ours into a spectacular flower shape that spices up any party or social event. Conversely they are just as enjoyable with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning.
Ingredients
You’ll need 1 package of margarine (room temperature), 100 grams of vodka, 5 cups of sifted flour, 1 and 1/2 cups of powder sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Directions
1.) First, in a large bowl add margarine, vodka, and powdered sugar. Mix them together well and then add flour to the bowl. Then mix again and then split the mixture into 2 different sides of the bowl. Add cocoa powder to one side and place both mixtures on a flat surface such as the pastry mat we use. Next, mix the Cocoa into its piece well with your hands, knead both chunks of dough (the brown one and the light one) until you have 2 different colored doughs.
2.) Roll out both of your 2 pieces of dough and cut into them with a cookie cutter as shown in the photo. Stack the brown cookie shaped piece on top of the white cookie shaped piece, and repeat this process for each individual cookie. Then cut the cookies in half.
3.) Use your fingers to bend the dough into a u shape then repeat it to make one flower. With your excess dough place a ball of dough in the middle.
4.) Place all of your cookie flowers on parchment paper and then onto a baking sheet. Bake them at 350Fº for 30 minutes. Then, take the chocolate cookies out and let them cool. Viola!
