Corn Stick Cookies are a delight to treat guests to alongside coffee, tea, or any other hot beverage. They are the perfect dessert with their crispy and savory texture.

 

Ingredients

 

To make Corn Stick Cookies you’ll need 2 sticks of butter, 1 can of cooked condensed milk, 1 cup of crushed walnuts, 3.5 ounces of corn sticks, 1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil (for each cup: later this will be explained), and 1/2 a tablespoon of poppy seeds (for each cup: later this will be explained).

 

Directions

 

First, In a bowl add your butter and dulce de leche. Then, crush your corn sticks and walnuts.

 

 Next, add everything into a bowl and mix the ingredients well. Then, use olive oil to coat the inside of a small cup as demonstrated above. After that, fill the cup up with as much mixture as you can and dump it out, upside down on a serving plate. Next, sprinkle 1/2 a tablespoon of poppy seeds on the corn stick cookie. Clean your cup each time and repeat the process of coating it with 1/2 a teaspoon of olive oil (for each cookie), before you make another corn stick cookie and add more olive oil. Once you have all your cookies on a serving dish, you are all done.
