Pork Liver Salad: In this world there’s a constant conflict between vegans and meat eaters, even amongst humans. While most people know a balanced diet is the best road, we all know vegetables are good for you. Pork Liver Salad is the best of both worlds, a compromise that makes you hunger for more.

Ingredients

 

 

You’ll need 18 ounces of a pig’s liver, 1 onion 2 carrots, 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 4 teaspoons of olive oil.

 

Directions

 

 

1.) First, wash, dry, and peel your onion and carrots. Next, in a frying pan add your liver, seasoning and olive oil. Fry the pan for 10 minutes. On a cutting board slice your onions and shredded your carrots. Then, in 2 separate skillets add olive oil and fry your onions for 5 minutes and your carrots for 7 minutes.

 

2.) In a bowl mix all your ingredients and mayonnaise, then put the pork liver salad on a serving dish and Viola! You’re all done. Enjoy this meat lover’s salad with your friends and family.
