Juicy Chinese Chicken Breasts

Honestly one of the only reasons I go to Chinese all you can eat buffets are the Chinese Chicken Breasts they have there. They are so juicy and smacking good!

Ingredients

 

 

You’ll need 3 pounds of chicken breasts, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1/2 a tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of vegeta seasoning, 1 tablespoon of garlic salt, 1/2 a tablespoon of Mr. Dash seasoning, 1 tablespoon of bread crumb seasoning, 1 and 1/2 cups of Chinese sauce, and 2 cups of vegetable oil.

 

Directions

 

 

1.) First, wash, dry and cut your Chicken Breasts. In a large bowl add your mayonnaise, eggs and all the seasoning. Mix all that together well. Continuing, add vegetable oil to a frying pan.

 

 

2.) Next, take each chicken breast and dip it into your previously made mixture, then add them to a hot boiling frying pan. Fry your chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side. When the time is up take the chicken breasts out of the pan, add sauce on top of them. Finally, place the juicy chicken breasts on a serving dish and enjoy.
