You’ll need a 16 oz bag of radish, 2 cucumbers, 3 eggs, a handful of scallions, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 1/2 a teaspoon of sugar, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

First, cut your washed cucumbers, radish and scallions. Then hard boil your eggs. After peeling your eggs mix all your ingredients in a large bowl with your seasoning. Finally, add your sour cream to the salad mixture. Viola! Your egg salad is complete. Enjoy that tantalizing flavor!
