If you’re looking for an organic, healthy, sweet sweet meal. Baked calbaza is the right choice for you and your family. Our honey is strait from our beehives. Those little guys work real hard and we are thankful for the fruits of their labor. We recommend organic honey for this recipe but feel free to use what you got.
Ingredients:
You’ll need 1/4th of the calbaza, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 table spoon of butter.
Directions
1.) Starting off the recipe, spread your butter on a glass baking dish.
2.) Wash, dry, peel and cut your Calabaza and then place it into your glass baking dish. Next place your Calabaza in an oven set at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
3.) After 20 minutes of baking, take out your calabaza and use your remaining butter to cover each piece of calabaza. Place it back in the oven and bake for 40 more minutes, or until the calabaza is soft. Last but not least cover your calabaza with honey then place on a serving dish. You are all done! Taste the rich sweetness till its gone, you’ll be drooling for more.
