Soup Toscana taste great and looks beautiful, I first discovered this meal in my local Olive Garden. After tasting it I had to give it a try. This is the recipe that I came up with.

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Pieces Of Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Packet of Chicken Bullion
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne
  • 3½ Italian Sausages
  • Few pieces of Kale
  • Salt and Pepper To your Taste
  1. Cut your Canadian Bacon, Onion, and Italian Sausage. Place your Italian sausage on a hot oiled skillet and add cayenne pepper. Fry for 5 minutes on medium heat. After place on a paper towel and drain.
  2. In the same skillet add your Canadian Bacon and Onions. Also add crushed garlic and fry for 15 minutes on a low temperature. Wash, dry, peel and cut your potatoes. Also add them to a 5 liter pot and add chicken bullion.
  3. Add water to your potatoes and boil the potatoes until they are tender. After add your Italian sausage and bring it up to a boiling point. Next add your Canadian bacon and heavy cream.
  4. Also add your crushed kale and bring it up to a boiling point again. After add your seasoning and place in a serving bowl and enjoy!
