Flax Seed Bread contains no yeast, and is a healthy wholesome bread.

  • 2½ Cups of Sifted Flour
  • 1 Cup of Flax Seeds
  • 2 tsp of Salt
  • 2 tsp of Sugar
  • 1½ tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup of Kefir
  • 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  1. ) First, mix your baking soda with kefir, pour it into a large bowl and mix. Next add your salt, sugar, and olive oil and mix well.
  2. ) Then add sifted flour and your flax seeds, mix together well with a spatula until you have an elastic dough. Cover your dough with a rag and let it rise for 2 hours in a warm area. Using your hands create a loaf on a baking pan with parchment paper. Bake the Flax Seed Bread for 30 minutes at 350ºF in your oven. Finally, let your bread cool on a drying rack, cut it, and enjoy!
