Honey Grain Bread is made of many different grains and tastes fantastic. It stays fresh for long periods of time if refrigerated.

  • 1 Cup of Oat Meal
  • 1 Cup of Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Flax seeds
  • ½ Cup of Poppy Seeds
  • 2½ Cups of Wheat Flower
  • 5 Tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of Salt
  • 2½ Cups of Butter Milk
  • 1 Tbsp of Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbsp of Honey
  1. ) In a large bowl add all your grains, salt, sugar, baking soda and ½ of your flour. Next pour in your butter milk, honey and olive oil, mix together well. Add the rest of your flour and mix with again. Cover the bowl and let it rise for 8 hours or 1 night.
  2. ) After your dough rises mix it together again with a spatula and let it sit in a warm area for 1 hour. Next place it into a bread loaf baking form that has cooking spray on it, and let it sit for another 30 minutes while covered. Bake the Honey Grain Bread for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the oven at 350ºF. Take it out and let it cool down. Enjoy your bread, it's got a great taste and just as good texture.
