Bologna Salad: In choosing meat, bologna is one of our favorites. Combine that with cucumbers, scallions, corn, and cabbage, and you've got a serious powerhouse of nutrients and healthy savor. Best of all it's really quick and easy to make.

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 5 Slices of Bologna
  • 1 Can of Sweet Corn
  • Handful of Scallions
  • ½ a head of Cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper to your choice
  1. ) First, wash and dry your scallions, cabbage and cucumbers. Next, cut your scallions, cucumbers and bologna. Then shred your cabbage.
