Baked White Fish is a crispy, healthy, and easy to make appetizer to get your party started. There's nothing like the taste of the ocean's finest fish on a platter at your social gathering.

  • 7 White Fish Fillets
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp of Lemon Pepper
  • A handful of Dills
  1. ) First, grate your onion, then in a bowl add your grated onion, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and mayonnaise and mix them together well. Next, place your fish on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. ) Add your mayonnaise mixture evenly on top of the fish and spread it out.
  3. ) Then, bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF, when time is up take the Baked White Fish and let them cool on a cooling rack. Next, add the dills on top for decoration.
