Mushrooms are healthy and tasty. Don't pass up on this nutritious powerhouse of a meal that should be a regular at your dinner table. Kids don't want to eat the veggies? Let them try THESE veggies :) !

  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts
  • 12 oz of Mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil (For Frying)
  • 2 Cooked Potatoes
  • 4 small onions
  • ½ Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp of Garlic Salt
  • ½ tsp of Seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp of Pepper
  • For Decoration:
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Whites And Yolks Separated)
  • Radish and Spinach
  1. ) First, wash and dry your mushrooms, then slice them and the onions. Place your mushrooms and onions on a hot oiled skillet and fry them for 6 minutes with the top closed. Cut your chicken into small pieces as shown in the photo, next peel your potatoes and cut them into small pieces. In a large bowl add all your ingredients and seasoning, then mix them together well.
  2. ) Place the salad on a serving dish, then shred your egg whites and egg yolks. Next cover the top of your salad with egg yolks and put the egg whites on all along the sides of your salad. Congratulations, your mushroom salad is complete and ready for wolfing down.
