Baked Salmon With Spinach: What's more American than our beloved salmon, when we think of salmon we think of grizzly bears eating them raw in the tundra of Alaska. Combine Salmon with a powerhouse of nutrients that Spinach is, and we're talking about a WILD snack!

  • 2 pounds of Salmon
  • 4oz of Spinach
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup of Sour cream
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  1. ) First, wash and dry your salmon. Then take a baking sheet and place parchment paper on it and put your spinach on the parchment paper.
  2. ) Next, in a small bowl add mayonnaise, sour cream, and seasoning. Mix those ingredients well.
  3. ) Continuing, add your salmon on top of your spinach and spread your mixture from the small bowl on top of each chunk of salmon.
  4. ) Last but not least, sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top, then bake the baking sheet's contents for 20 minutes at 400ºF.
