Dumplings are a solid food as it is, dumplings with blueberries however are a whole 'nother' animal. They attack your sense of taste with absolute goodness and sweetness.   • 2 Cups of Sour Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp of Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp of Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 Cups of Flour
  • 2 Cups of Blueberries
  1. ) First, fetch a large bowl and put into it your 2 cups of sour cream, ½ a teaspoon of baking soda, 2 eggs, ½ a tea spoon of sugar and your pinch of salt. Mix that all together. Next, add the flour and sour cream to the mixture. Now mix again and then knead it until you have dough. On a lightly floured surface roll out your dough.
  2. ) Using a drinking glass cut out little circles from your dough, and place 3 to 4 blueberries on each one. Using your hands bring the 2 ends together and pinch them to close the circle kind of like a clam.
  3. ) Last but not least, boil your dumplings in water for 3 minutes after they have reached the boiling point. When time is up your blueberry dumplings are all set.
